Shipping Costs
Any wholesale orders will have the delivery costs either itemized on a sales quote, or worked into the price of the boxes being purchased with "Included Delivery."
Shipping Guarantee
Wholesale orders do not hold any guarantees for delivery times. Although, we will make every reasonable effort to estimate the delivery window and meet or exceed it.
Order Fulfillment Times
Wholesale orders will come with estimated lead times to prepare the shipment for pickup at our warehouses, along with estimated transit times to deliver to you. These estimates will be provided up front and are just that, estimates. We will make every reasonable effort to be as specific as possible, but given that our wholesale inventory is a used commodity, flexibility may sometimes be warranted.

Delivery Refusal Policy
For wholesale orders, if you refuse delivery, you will still be charged the freight to and from our warehouse, but will not be charged for the boxes.
Product Shipment
Quantities are subject to a 10% variance in accordance with industry standards. The invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
Shipping Guarantee
It is important to note that we do not have our own trucks but instead rely on 3rd party carriers for all deliveries across the country. Once we select a carrier, you will be hearing from us as well as them to confirm the order has picked up and to arrange a delivery dock appointment.
IF YOU ARE RECEIVING A DELIVERY FROM UCB, you will need a loading dock and forklift to unload the trailer.
IF YOU ARE PICKING UP FROM UCB, you will need a dock-height truck or trailer.
If you do not have the items listed above, and you have not done so already, please advise right away so alternative arrangements can be made (additional fees may apply).
Moving Kits

UsedCardboardBoxes.com offers FREE shipping on all items on the website.
Shipping Guarantee
Because of our strategically placed warehouses for moving kits, all of these items are delivered within 3 business days. This guarantee does not extend to brand new items, which are shipped from a separate fulfillment center network with longer transit times. See below for more detail.
Order Fulfillment Times
For Used Moving Kits and Used Boxes, FedEx picks up at each of our Fulfillment Centers at 2:00pm local time on weekdays. This means all orders placed before 2:00pm on weekdays will be shipped out the same day. Any orders taken on Fridays after 2:00pm through Monday at 2:00pm will ship out on Monday at 2:00pm. UsedCardboardBoxes.com Fulfillment Centers are closed on weekends and national holidays and are not considered business days.
For brand new items, they ship from a different fulfillment center which will have the items shipped out within 3 business days and will deliver via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Delivery/Transit Times
For Used Moving Kits and Used Boxes, delivery is within 3 business days from shipment to your door, and while we cannot guarantee next day delivery, it is possible. We accomplish this through strategically placed fulfillment centers across America for faster delivery times.
For brand new items, delivery is within 5 business days from shipment to your door. The fulfillment center network is not as vast for new items, which causes slower delivery times.
Delivery Refusal Policy
If you refuse delivery of an order arriving within the delivery grace period (3 business days of the expected delivery date) your account will be credited once the packages are returned to our warehouse less delivery charges to and from your destination.
