At UsedCardboardBoxes, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all moving kit orders!
The main suppliers of our used boxes used in moving kits are manufacturers or distributors that either make, or use, high-quality boxes. All of our boxes meet the general guidelines for corrugated shipping boxes and are at least 32 edge crush test (ECT) and/or 200 lb burst test. The boxes you receive may have been gently used once or they may be brand new overruns, misprints or customer returns. They may have tape on them, maybe a label or two... and some could even have handwriting on them! But for the purpose of packing them with household or office items for a move, or to ship an item across the country, they will work as good as a new box, guaranteed!
Specifically for our moving kits, if you have a problem with any of the moving boxes, accessories or our service, please contact us asap! Remember, we are here to make your move as easy and stress-free as possible. If there is ever a problem, we will do everything we can to make it right!
Wholesale Satisfaction Promise
Our policy for wholesale is a bit different, as it involves shipping 18-wheelers across the country and we can't afford to make such guarantees. However, our commitment to satifaction is just as strong. For wholesale customers, if you are not totally satisfied in any way, please contact your Account Manager to discuss so we can find a swift resolution for you.
